Born and raised on the East Coast, Rich moved to San Diego in 1991. Rich’s background has been in the Securities Industry with a series 7 and 24. As a Securities adviser, Rich was instrumental in bringing several companies public. He owned and operated restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in New York, New Jersey, and San Diego including Burger King, Chuck E. Cheese, and Cabo Cabo, among several others.

Rich can be reached any time of day and if not found in the office, You will find him jogging down the streets of A1A or surfing with his Surf Dog “Gino” in Coronado. In 2021, Richard made the cross-country move to Boca Raton after decades as a thriving beachfront Realtor on the west coast. Today, Richard brings the same coast-to-coast insight and decades of experience in Real Estate and adjacent fields to provide a complete and professional service to each of his clients.
